We’re so sorry your retainers aren’t fitting! They may need to be simply remoulded to your teeth. Please try popping them into hot water for around 10-15 seconds, before wearing them. This should allow them to remould to your teeth & this should fix the issue.

We’re so sorry that’s not helped! We can have your order remade for free, or if you’d prefer to return your retainers to us we can arrange a refund.
